I had the most wonderful experience with the sales clerk Magen. She was welcoming, very kind and offered me a bottle of water. She was not pushy and I appreciated her honesty and suggestions. I also appreciated the owner introducing himself and making sure I was being given great customer service. This is a great store to shop for fine jewellery at a reasonable price! I was in the market for something small for myself. Magen helped me find just what I needed. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly professional. This was my first time in a jewelry store where I wasn’t pressured to buy, there was no hassle, or any pressure to purchase more than I originally came for. Not to mention the price was unbeatable! I stopped three other places later this week and they all were much more expensive and didn’t even come with any perks like lifetime cleaning (which my purchase from Diamonds and Diamonds Douglasville did). Come over to the mall and check them out! You will not be disappointed! Blessings!
